Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by NeueClaw, operated by NeueStudio Pty Ltd (ABN to be added). By booking a call or purchasing a service, you agree to the following.

1. What we provide

NeueClaw provides setup, configuration, and managed hosting of OpenClaw AI assistants. This includes:

We set up and manage the infrastructure. We do not build, own, or control the AI models that power your assistant. Your assistant runs on models provided by Anthropic, and your use of those models is subject to Anthropic's own terms and usage policies.

2. AI usage and costs

Your assistant uses AI models from Anthropic, accessed through your own API key. You create this account and pay Anthropic directly for your usage. We have no visibility into your API billing and no control over Anthropic's pricing.

Typical usage costs range from $10-100 per week depending on how much you use your assistant and which models are configured. We set up smart cost routing to keep this reasonable, but the final cost is determined by your usage.

3. Server access and data

Your assistant runs on a dedicated server managed by us. As part of providing managed hosting, we maintain SSH access to your server for maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and support.

This means we have the technical ability to access your assistant's configuration files, including its personality settings, automation rules, and memory files. We will only access these for the purpose of delivering and maintaining your service.

We do not read your messages, monitor your conversations, or access your connected accounts (email, calendar, etc.) unless you explicitly ask us to as part of troubleshooting or an implementation session.

If your work involves highly sensitive or regulated information, please discuss this with us before setup so we can advise on what's appropriate.

4. Your data

You own your data. Your assistant's workspace files, memory, configuration, and any content it creates belong to you. If you cancel your service, we can provide an export of your workspace files on request.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering your service.

5. Payment

Payment for the setup fee is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Managed hosting is billed monthly. Implementation sessions are paid at the time of booking.

If a hosting payment fails, we'll reach out to sort it out. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we may pause your server until the balance is resolved.

6. The guarantee

If you're not convinced of the value of your assistant within one week of your setup call, we'll refund your setup fee in full. No questions asked.

To claim a refund, let us know within 7 days of your onboarding call. We'll process the refund and decommission your server. This guarantee applies to the setup fee only, not to implementation sessions or managed hosting fees already incurred.

7. Managed hosting

There's no lock-in contract. You can cancel managed hosting anytime - just finish out the current month. Your server will remain active until the end of your billing period.

If you cancel, everything is yours. We'll export your workspace files, memory, and configuration on request, or help you transition to self-hosting if you'd prefer to run it yourself. Otherwise, your server will be decommissioned at the end of your billing period.

8. Liability

We set up and maintain your AI assistant, but we are not responsible for the outputs it generates or the actions it takes. AI can make mistakes, misinterpret instructions, or produce inaccurate information. It's your responsibility to review and approve anything your assistant produces before acting on it, particularly for important communications, financial decisions, or anything involving other people.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeueClaw (NeueStudio Pty Ltd, ABN 27 674 970 506) is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of an AI assistant, including but not limited to incorrect information, missed communications, or unintended actions.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
